This prototype will allow me to start the UX process for the usability of the website.
My first priority after the prototype is finished,
is to start usability testing and user research to solve any problems that arise in the user journey while experiencing the consultation services through the website.
The first question I have for users is about the educational content on the website.
Is it easily digestible and does it inspire trust in users?
The second question is, who will be primarily using this community for consultation?
Personas will help clarify any user flows that are missing and include accessibility requirements for users that have disabilities.
